Not Consenting to Income Tax is Not Consenting to Slavery
We each have a natural right to ownership of our life, our body, our mind and our labor. If one wants to stand on the U.S. Constitution as one’s foundation, the 13th Amendment makes it very clear that we cannot be forced into involuntary servitude. Ownership in any of the aforementioned things can only be legally ceded to anyone else voluntarily.
The Supreme Court case of Flora v. United States, 362 U.S. 145, pg. 176, states that "Our system of taxation is based upon voluntary assessment and payment, not upon distraint".
Taking your money against your will would be theft.
Why does an employer normally shove a W-4 form in front of you when you get hired at a new job? Obviously, they need your agreement to have income tax withheld as evidenced by your signature. It's all by contract.
The truth is: There is no law making it mandatory than any human being in our society file or pay income taxes.
The dilemma is: Potential employers are as brainwashed and afraid of the IRS as everyone else.
The question is: Is it possible not to consent to the income tax or at least contract in such a way as to not volunteer and not be enslaved to it?
The answer is: Yes, of course; there are many potential, effective ways and all of these ways involve being able to nullify past contracts we had entered into erringly and unknowingly when they come up and learning to consciously contract from here on out only in ways that really benefit and empower us. Also, as always, enforcement of our sovereignty depends on our skill at being in honor in every situation.
Paying Income Tax in America is Voluntary
When you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit. Idiot Harry Reid, Majority Leader in the U.S. Senate, maintains that paying income tax is voluntary in the U.S. [4/1/8].
